What is included in a Beyond Audio service plan?

Priority support response, proactive remote monitoring, scheduled on-site visits, software updates, and discounted parts and labor on issues outside the plan scope. Plan inclusions scale across Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Concierge tiers.

How much does a Beyond Audio service plan cost?

Service plans are quoted based on the systems in your home — number of zones, complexity, brands, and monitoring needs. Request a custom quote and we will review your installation before sending pricing.

Do I need a service plan if Beyond Audio installed my system?

A service plan isn’t required, but it changes the response model from per-call billing to priority response with scheduled maintenance. Most whole-home automation clients elect a plan because the cost of one emergency visit often covers months of plan.

Does Beyond Audio service systems installed by other companies?

Yes — with an initial assessment. We commission the existing system, document what we find, and offer a Gold, Platinum, or Concierge plan if it meets our quality bar. If significant rework is needed, we’ll quote that separately first.

What’s the difference between Platinum and Concierge?

Platinum covers most luxury homes — priority response, on-site hours, and annual reviews. Concierge adds a VIP phone line, quarterly remote maintenance, dedicated network and cybersecurity monitoring, and the most generous on-site and remote support pools. Concierge is built for the largest estates.
