The system you hope you never need.
Professional IP video surveillance, engineered into the home from the wire up. ICRealtime cameras, NVR storage, mobile access — and a control system that brings every feed to the touchpanel, the wall, or the phone.
Cameras that earn their place.
We use ICRealtime as our primary surveillance line because it is the rare brand that takes professional installation seriously — sealed enclosures, IK-rated housings, sensor quality that holds up in desert glare and night-time washes, and a recording back-end that does not crater the first time the network hiccups.
Every camera is specified for its position — turret, bullet, fisheye, multi-sensor, license-plate optimized — and every cable run is documented. The result is coverage you can actually rely on the day you need it.
Recorded, monitored, and integrated.
Footage is recorded on a hardened NVR sized for the camera count and the retention window the home calls for — typically 30 to 90 days. Access is gated, encrypted, and two-factor-protected. From there, every feed flows back into the home automation platform.
On a Crestron or Control4 touchpanel, you can pull a camera up in a single tap. On a phone, the same — wherever in the world you are. When an event matters, the system can flash the lights, page a keypad, or send a push to the homeowner before the doorbell ever rings.
Designed before drywall.
The best surveillance installs are decided in the pre-wire phase, not after move-in. We design camera positions with the architect — sightlines, soffit shadow, gate approach, pool exposure — and we run the conduit and structured cabling with extra capacity so the system can grow with the property.
Retrofits are absolutely possible. They are just rarely as clean as a project we have been part of from the framing stage. If you are mid-build, we are happy to consult.
